Tasting Notes

Vivid aromas of boysenberry, blackberry and baking spice notes. The aromas lead to a plush and rich mouthfeel filled with fresh berry jam and dark chocolate followed by a long, elegant finish.

Vineyard Notes

We selected fruit from several vineyard sites throughout the Alexander Valley where Cabernet Sauvignon grows best including some of our traditional sources: Asti Vineyard, Treehouse Vineyard, Stuhlmuller and Belle Terre Vineyards. Sonoma County experienced another ideal growing season in 2013 – a season which was long and provided moderate temperatures for grapes to ripen at an optimal pace. The result is another high quality vintage offering outstanding fruit characteristics with balanced acidity, tannins, and sugar levels.
